Resorsi

What happens when a fully remote team finally shares the same space? At Resorsi, we found out firsthand—and the experience reminded us that even in a digital-first world, human connection still leads the way.

After working together across time zones and screens, we spent a few days face-to-face: sharing meals, solving problems, exchanging ideas, and simply enjoying each other’s company. The result? Deeper trust, recharged energy, and a renewed sense of purpose.

✨ Real-Time Moments That Matter

In-person conversations helped us connect on a different level. Discussions became more fluid. Brainstorms felt more alive. And collaboration happened organically—in hallways, over coffee, or in between meetings.

We didn’t just align on strategy—we rediscovered the joy of working together.

💬 What the Team Had to Say

We invited a few teammates to share how the meetup impacted them. Here’s what they had to say:

“What I liked most about the meetup was the great work environment, the opportunity to meet teammates I hadn’t met yet, and getting the chance to do in-person pair programming with one of the team’s devs. It was a very enriching experience.

Having the opportunity to share this kind of space outside the remote environment adds a lot: bonds are strengthened, confidence grows, and day-to-day collaboration is enhanced.

Furthermore, having face-to-face conversations and working side by side on code brings a different dynamic, which always leaves something valuable behind.”
Emanuel Saucedo, Software Developer

“Meeting the team in person helped me connect on a real level and better understand how everyone contributes. There’s something about sharing a coffee or a laugh in real life that you can’t replicate over a screen. Now when we work together, there’s more chemistry,  communication flows more naturally, and collaboration feels much more effortless.”
Pedro Belardo, Operations Engineer

“Meeting my remote teammates in person was such a cool experience. We not only got to see what everyone was working on and how each person had their own unique style for tackling tasks, but also shared tips for improving performance and opened up about the challenges we were each facing at the time. All of this happened while laughing, enjoying delicious meals, and giving each other pats on the back for showing up and giving our best every day. It was a precious experience that filled me with motivation to keep improving daily and help our little company grow stronger and stronger.”
Estefania Michalopulos, Recruiter

“This week, I felt really inspired by getting to know my teammates better — their stories, where they come from, and what drives them to do what they do. There’s something truly powerful about knowing that we’re all pulling in the same direction.”

Tomas Salina, Operations Engineer

“Working together in the same space is very motivating and energizing. Seeing how we all work toward the same goal is really beautiful and inspired me to improve.”

 — Serena Patti, Operations Engineer

“We had lunch together every day, sometimes at a restaurant, sometimes just something quick. One day I cooked. It wasn’t fancy, but it felt like home.”

 — Federico Waldman, Founder & CEO

🔁 Back to Remote—Stronger Than Ever

Now that we’ve returned to our home offices and daily routines, the impact of those shared days still resonates. We’re communicating more smoothly, collaborating more naturally, and showing up for each other with even more clarity and connection.

Meetups like this aren’t a break from remote work—they’re a powerful part of how we make remote work.

Here’s to more real moments, real laughter, and real teamwork.
Even when we’re miles apart, we’re building something meaningful—together.
