At Resorsi, we work remotely by default. It’s core to how we operate and deliver results across borders. But sometimes, we choose to meet in person. Not because remote isn’t enough, but because co-located time gives us a different kind of creative energy.
Our recent onsite week in Buenos Aires was one of those moments. We focused on building new tools and refining processes that directly improve how our clients experience outsourcing with Resorsi.

One major area of focus: developing a suite of client-facing lead magnets. These tools are designed to educate and support companies exploring nearshore outsourcing. Topics include:

- What makes LATAM talent uniquely competitive
Sitting down together helped us align on structure, tone, and visuals quickly. The result: resources that clients can use immediately to make informed hiring decisions.

We also worked on refining our internal screening process. The goal: increase precision without adding complexity. Updates included:
- Clearer qualification criteria by role
- Smarter documentation for client reviews
- Tighter alignment across sourcing and operations
These changes will make it easier for clients to get matched with the right talent, faster.
🌍 Why We Gather

We believe in remote work deeply; this onsite just gave us a different kind of rhythm, one that unlocked creative decisions we had already been moving toward.
