Resorsi

Every so often, our team meets face-to-face: not to rethink how we work remotely, but to unblock and accelerate what we’re already building. Last week, we made real progress on tools that directly improve the way clients work with Resorsi.

Today’s blog is about those tools: what they are, why they matter, and how they’ll make outsourcing smoother, faster, and smarter.

🔹 1. The Client Portal: Visibility Without the Chasing

We’re building a centralized space where clients can:

  • Track open roles and candidates
  • See status updates in real time
  • Access hiring documentation and notes
The goal: reduce dependency on back-and-forth messaging, and give clients more clarity on where things stand.

🔹 2. Salary Calculator: Grounding Hiring Decisions in Local Data

To support better scoping and budgeting, we’re finalizing a LATAM salary calculator.
Clients will be able to compare compensation bands by role, seniority, and location, based on real placement data and updated benchmarks.

🔹 3. Job Description Assistant: Faster Kickoffs, Less Guesswork

We’re training a tool to help clients create sharper job descriptions: powered by AI and informed by our experience placing hundreds of roles.
This reduces friction during role intake and ensures better candidate matches, faster.

🔹 4. Lead Magnets That Actually Teach

We’re creating downloadable resources that go beyond “marketing.” These include:

  • When to outsource and why
  • How to think about team structure across borders
  • What to expect from working with a talent partner
These aren’t fluff: they’re designed to help companies make better, faster decisions.

💡 Why This Matters

Every one of these tools is built to remove friction, support better hiring decisions, and give clients more confidence and control throughout the outsourcing process.

Our in-person week didn’t change how we work, it just helped us speed up the things that make our remote work better for you.

📬 What to Expect Next

These tools are already moving through design and implementation. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be releasing early versions and inviting feedback from clients who want to test them first.
