Resorsi

Being a fully remote team means we don’t bump into each other in hallways or chat over lunch, but that doesn’t mean we’re disconnected. At Resorsi, we’ve built a culture that values presence, even when we’re apart.

Here’s how we stay connected, human, and energized, no matter the time zone.

🧑‍💻 Weekly Rituals That Ground Us

Our week is anchored by three scheduled Google Meet calls, where we check in, share updates, and reconnect face-to-face. These moments bring structure, but also a sense of rhythm. It’s not just business, it’s bonding.

“Seeing familiar faces, even just a few times a week, makes a huge difference.”

💬 The Power of Slack Huddles

Beyond our scheduled calls, we keep the energy going with frequent Slack huddles. These quick, informal chats let us problem-solve, brainstorm, or just check in like you would with a teammate sitting next to you.

We also keep things lively with emoji chains, spontaneous GIFs, and voice notes: little things that bring personality into digital spaces.

“Slack huddles are our remote version of hallway conversations, short, casual, and surprisingly productive.”

🎉 Celebrating the Humans Behind the Screens

One of our favorite team rituals is how we celebrate birthdays. Whenever it’s someone’s special day, we surprise them in our Google Meet with a custom virtual background tied to something they love. Past themes have included:

  • 🕷️ Spiderman
  • 🎤 One Direction
  • 🌊 Mar del Plata
  • 🎶 Charly García
  • 💙💛 Boca Juniors

It’s a small gesture, but it always lands. Because behind the projects and productivity, we’re a team of real people, with favorite bands, inside jokes, and stories worth celebrating.

“It’s impossible not to smile when the whole Meet call suddenly turns into a Boca Juniors fan club.”

Connection doesn’t just happen: it’s designed. At Resorsi, we put intention behind how we show up for one another, from regular huddles to thoughtful celebrations.
