About the Company
A New York-based performance branding agency that builds and scales digital campaigns for consumer brands including The North Face and Ben & Jerry's. The team works across paid social, search, display, and creative, with regional teams in Mexico and Colombia.
Role Summary
A hands-on senior Google Ads lead who sets strategy across several client accounts while staying close to the work in-platform, solving complex account challenges and raising the Google Ads capability of the broader team. The role is full-time and on-site in Colombia, Mexico or New York (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy while staying hands-on with Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Oversee performance across several client accounts, linking decisions to each client's business goals
- Guide value-based bidding, enhanced conversions and conversion data, and work with partners to close measurement gaps
- Build testing plans, investigate performance changes and back recommendations with results
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on opportunities, tradeoffs and priorities
- Coach teammates, review their work and set up effective ways of working across accounts
- Collaborate with analytics, creative and account teams on product feeds, ads, landing pages and growth
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency
- Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies and conversion measurement
- A record of improving client results and explaining the reasoning behind them
- Experience teaching or mentoring other practitioners while still managing accounts
- Strong judgment, client communication and the ability to prioritize across a varied portfolio
Interview Process
The process includes, but is not limited to, a typing test, an English test and a logic assessment in Excel.
