Whissel Strategies is a fast-paced digital marketing agency delivering high-converting campaigns, websites, and digital experiences for a wide range of clients. They take a performance-driven approach and are looking for someone who can own paid media accounts end to end — from strategy through to measurable ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Build and optimise lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Develop campaign structures, audiences, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions
  • Write ad copy and collaborate on creative direction for high-performing campaigns
  • Manage budgets efficiently while maintaining performance goals and KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, offers, and targeting strategies
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems across websites, funnels, and ad platforms
  • Configure and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Conversion Tracking, and UTM structures
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems for clients and internal teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for active advertising accounts
  • Provide clients with weekly campaign updates and lead performance calls
  • Help improve internal systems, workflows, and reporting processes


Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency experience (required)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion systems
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical tracking issues independently
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills


Nice to Have

  • TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience
  • Shopify and WooCommerce tracking experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Funnel-building experience
  • CRM automation or Zapier / API integrations
  • SEO knowledge
