(MEX) Graphic Designer

Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced graphic designer with leadership capabilities to oversee digital design projects while managing team workflows, blending individual design execution with management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct design processes from concept through completion, meeting timelines and client expectations
• Develop design strategies collaboratively with creative and marketing teams
• Create digital marketing assets including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and newsletters
• Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns
• Serve as liaison between designers and clients, communicating concepts and gathering feedback
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive critique to team members
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with efficient resource allocation
• Oversee external vendors to ensure production quality

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in collaborative and independent work
• Proven graphic design experience with digital focus, preferably in leadership roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Deep understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory
• Strong project management and multitasking skills

Nice to Have

• UX/UI design experience
• Web development principles knowledge
