A New York-based performance branding agency that builds and scales digital campaigns for consumer brands including The North Face and Ben & Jerry's. The team works across paid social, search, display, and creative, with regional teams in Mexico and Colombia.

Role Summary

The Senior Copywriter leads creative development for the agency's B2B clients, turning complex SaaS products into persuasive messaging for sophisticated decision-makers, and manages a junior copywriter. This is a full-time employee position working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

Location: On-site or Hybrid · New York City office. Candidates must be based in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead copy across the full buyer journey: positioning, campaigns, landing pages, case studies and thought leadership
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for different buyer personas
• Develop messaging frameworks grounded in customer pain points and competitive differentiation
• Write for complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
• Build concept decks and integrated campaigns with minimal direction
• Partner with strategists, designers and product marketers, and interview subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
• Manage a direct-report copywriter through assignments, feedback and development
• Challenge client feedback when needed while protecting the strategy

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional copywriting in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Portfolio with substantial B2B SaaS work across multiple formats and buyer-journey stages
• Portfolio not primarily focused on consumer, lifestyle or organic social work
• Excel proficiency (tested during the interview process)
• Native-level English

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or mentoring another copywriter
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to build concepts independently

Hiring Process

A phone screen, a first-round interview with a hiring manager, a take-home project, a second-round interview and a final in-person interview with the CEO.
