About the Company

Whissel Strategies is a fast-paced digital marketing agency delivering high-converting websites, funnels, branding, and digital experiences for a wide range of clients. They take a full-service approach, from strategy and design through to implementation and launch, and are looking for someone who can own projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, and GoHighLevel
• Create modern, high-converting website layouts, landing pages, funnels, and user experiences
• Design digital assets including banners, graphics, mockups, presentations, social creatives, and branded materials
• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts using Figma and Canva
• Handle projects from concept to launch, including strategy, design, implementation, revisions, QA, and deployment
• Optimise websites for speed, responsiveness, SEO, conversions, and user experience
• Serve as a primary point of contact for active web and design projects
• Provide clients with weekly project updates and lead client meetings
• Translate client goals into technical requirements, visual concepts, and actionable tasks
• Help improve internal workflows, systems, and project coordination

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency experience (required)
• Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, GoHighLevel (GHL), HTML/CSS, Figma, and Canva
• Solid understanding of UI/UX and modern web design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Experience working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment
