Responsibilities

  • Setting up new client files in Clio following payment confirmation
  • Organising client documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing inboxes, drafting follow-ups, and handling email correspondence
  • Scheduling consultations and appointments
  • Handling inbound calls and providing professional first-line client communication
  • Keeping workflows organised and flagging anything that needs attention
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and operational tasks


Requirements

  • Extremely organised and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Fast to respond and consistently reliable
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy


Nice to Have

  • Previous admin or VA experience
  • Familiarity with Clio or other CRM systems
