Responsibilities
- Setting up new client files in Clio following payment confirmation
- Organising client documents and maintaining accurate records
- Managing inboxes, drafting follow-ups, and handling email correspondence
- Scheduling consultations and appointments
- Handling inbound calls and providing professional first-line client communication
- Keeping workflows organised and flagging anything that needs attention
- Supporting the team with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Extremely organised and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks
- Strong written and spoken English
- Fast to respond and consistently reliable
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Nice to Have
- Previous admin or VA experience
- Familiarity with Clio or other CRM systems
