Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Logistics
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of full-day in-person leadership summits
- Build and maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and logistics plans
- Coordinate venue selection, catering, AV, and on-site setup
Sponsor & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and venue partners
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure smooth delivery
Marketing & Attendance
- Work with internal teams to drive event attendance and promote upcoming summits
- Track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and handle attendee communications
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and content teams
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on event status and logistics
On-Site Execution
- Travel to event locations and lead on-site coordination from setup to teardown
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a seamless attendee experience
Requirements
- 4–7 years of event management experience, including full-day in-person events
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while staying organized
- Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts
- Comfortable with frequent travel (events are held across the US)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
