A fast-growing media and events company whose reports and conferences reach Fortune 500 companies, government officials, entrepreneurs, and investors across the US. They host 18 leadership summits a year and are expanding their team to keep up with demand.


Key Responsibilities


Event Planning & Logistics

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of full-day in-person leadership summits
  • Build and maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and logistics plans
  • Coordinate venue selection, catering, AV, and on-site setup


Sponsor & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and venue partners
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure smooth delivery


Marketing & Attendance

  • Work with internal teams to drive event attendance and promote upcoming summits
  • Track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and handle attendee communications


Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and content teams
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated on event status and logistics


On-Site Execution

  • Travel to event locations and lead on-site coordination from setup to teardown
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a seamless attendee experience


Requirements

  • 4–7 years of event management experience, including full-day in-person events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while staying organized
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (events are held across the US)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
