About the Company

A US-based e-commerce company that sells products across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. They manage end-to-end marketplace operations — from product listings to customer service — and are growing their Argentina-based operations team.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service tickets, claims, and inquiries across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify
  • Manage and respond to customer issues through customer service software
  • Upload and manage product listings across marketplaces
  • Execute repricing tasks to keep the catalog competitive
  • Process and manage orders as needed
  • Support the team with general e-commerce operations


Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms or ticketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Experience with listing optimization or catalog management
  • Knowledge of repricing tools
  • Prior experience in a marketplace operations role
