About the Company
A US-based e-commerce company that sells products across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. They manage end-to-end marketplace operations — from product listings to customer service — and are growing their Argentina-based operations team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer service tickets, claims, and inquiries across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify
- Manage and respond to customer issues through customer service software
- Upload and manage product listings across marketplaces
- Execute repricing tasks to keep the catalog competitive
- Process and manage orders as needed
- Support the team with general e-commerce operations
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with customer service platforms or ticketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Experience with listing optimization or catalog management
- Knowledge of repricing tools
- Prior experience in a marketplace operations role
