Controller

Role Summary

We are looking for a financially sharp and detail-driven Controller to manage our accounting operations and ensure the health of our financial reporting, owning the numbers day-to-day and working closely with leadership to support sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Process and track payments and transfers via Wise
• Manage and reconcile Shopify revenue, refunds, and payouts
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and ensure data integrity across systems
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support tax compliance and liaise with external accountants as needed
• Identify and flag financial risks or discrepancies to leadership

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a Controller role
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Wise, and Shopify
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

What We Offer: $2,000-$3,000/month based on experience, remote full-time
