About the Company

A fast-growing media and events company that produces 18+ full-day business conferences and leadership summits a year, connecting Fortune 500 executives, business owners, and national organizations across the US. They are expanding their sales team to keep up with a growing event portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle for event sponsorships and ticket sales across 18+ markets
  • Drive revenue by selling sponsorship packages and live conference opportunities to national, regional, and local companies
  • Target and engage CEOs, C-suite executives, and business owners through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Schedule and lead 10–15+ sales meetings per week with senior-level decision makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounts
  • Present tailored sponsorship and event proposals
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records and track leads and projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on event and email campaign initiatives
  • Travel to company events, networking events, and client meetings across the US as needed


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of event sponsorship sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell to senior-level executives (CEOs, C-suite)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
