Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of account executives across multiple markets
  • Uphold performance standards and hold the team accountable to results
  • Coach reps on pipeline management, prospecting, and closing
  • Translate company targets into individual goals and daily priorities
  • Monitor individual performance and intervene with support or correction in real time
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding of new account executives
  • Identify patterns across the team, what's working, what isn't, and why
  • Sustain a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Report to senior leadership on team health, pipeline trends, and market opportunities


Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated team management
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of growing and sustaining high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to analyze team performance and make data-driven coaching decisions
  • Expert coaching instincts, knows how to consistently get the best out of people
  • Background in B2B sales, media, events, or sponsorship
  • Hunter mentality with experience in closing roles
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-market environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree
