Project Manager 2

Role Summary

The project management team is at the forefront of White Rabbit Group, working directly with internal teams and customers to deliver web and mobile app solutions. We're looking for someone charismatic and empathetic who goes above and beyond to make sure every project is successful and every customer is happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables including SOWs and timelines
• Send out project status reports and update customers on progress regularly
• Oversee project finances and ensure invoicing is properly billed
• Manage budgets and oversee quality control throughout to meet customer goals
• Manage project deviations and prevent scope creep
• Track progress and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks
• Lead internal team meetings and customer-facing video calls
• Work with and manage global teams across time zones (US, India, Colombia)
• Act as liaison between Sales, the customer, and the technical team
• Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and follow up on action items

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong background in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum (Scrum certification required)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent customer-facing and project management skills
• C1 English level, clear and professional
• Experience leading global teams across time zones
• Current or previous experience in IT or a related field
• Must be willing to work in Pacific Time Zone
• Located in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo

What We Offer: Global team across US/Colombia/India, end-to-end client ownership, 100% remote from LatAm, commission of 1% of managed book of business (paid twice yearly in BRL, ~$1k USD/month for a full book)
