Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Use QuickBooks to manage bookkeeping and financial data
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
