A fast-growing media and events company that produces business conferences and publishes editorial content for Fortune 500 executives, government officials, and investors across the US. They operate across web, social media, email, and membership platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Publishing

• Maintain and update company websites via WordPress
• Draft and schedule blog posts, publications, and event listings
• Upload and format books, transcripts, hyperlinks, and editorial content

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Draft LinkedIn captions for blog posts and newsletters
• Design and post Instagram graphics and article spotlights
• Create and distribute LinkedIn newsletters
• Manage social media content calendars and VIP postings

Editorial & Production Support

• Process AI-generated audio transcripts and ensure accuracy
• Upload approved editorial transcripts to the website
• Send feature release emails to interviewees post-publication
• Collect, size, and organize headshots and photos for editorial use

Email & Platform Administration

• Draft and schedule email blasts, newsletters, and drip campaigns via Mailchimp
• Act as point person for MemberPress, Mailchimp, and Zoho integrations
• Manage Eventbrite and ticketing platforms for event communications
• Ensure strong sender reputation and consistent performance across digital channels

Surveys & Research

• Identify and contact CEO-level respondents for survey participation
• Use Zoho CRM to build and expand survey response lists each quarter

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or editorial coordination
• Proficiency in WordPress, Zoho, Mailchimp, and MemberPress (or similar tools)
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Nice to Have

Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
