Key Responsibilities
PR & Executive Communications
- Work directly with the CEO and executive team to set strategic priorities and ensure cross-departmental alignment
- Create strategic media plans targeting top-tier outlets and key regional markets
- Schedule media appearances for the CEO (TV, radio, podcasts)
- Develop and oversee long-term PR and visibility campaigns to position the CEO as an industry leader
- Organize press materials, update PR folders and contact lists, and draft outreach scripts
Media Relations
- Identify and research journalists and reporters from key markets for targeted outreach
- Establish and manage relationships with key journalists and influencers
- Import and manage media contacts in Zoho CRM
Marketing & Analytics
- Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with third-party contractors
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other platforms
- Develop surveys and feedback forms for event and user research
- Lead evaluation of event ROI and recommend improvements
External Events & Partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with Chambers of Commerce and business associations
- Drive organizational presence at major conferences, summits, and media events
- Coordinate logistics for books, QR codes, and event materials
Administrative & Operations
- Create and send bi-weekly company newsletters
- Back up sales support, including drafting contracts when needed
- Streamline operational workflows including book shipping and advertiser copy processes
- Gather endorsements and create work anniversary visuals
- Support HR-adjacent duties including employee engagement and internal branding
- Assist with CEO scheduling, Town Halls, and LinkedIn page management
- Support research projects and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across all levels of management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
