Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the artist's brand and growth objectives
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads
- Monitor platform trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement
- Manage publishing calendars for consistent platform activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community
- Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting tactics for optimal growth
- Collaborate with the artist and other team members for authentic content creation
- Coordinate with press, partners, or brands as needed for campaign execution
Requirements
- 3-6 years of social media management experience
- Strong social media strategy and platform management skills (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads)
- Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere or CapCut
- Strong content creation abilities with a keen eye for viral content
- Analytics and reporting skills
- Creativity, strong communication, time management, and adaptability
Nice to Have
- Copywriting skills
- Trend research and adaptation experience
- Previous experience creating viral content
