Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the artist's brand and growth objectives
  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads
  • Monitor platform trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement
  • Manage publishing calendars for consistent platform activity
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting tactics for optimal growth
  • Collaborate with the artist and other team members for authentic content creation
  • Coordinate with press, partners, or brands as needed for campaign execution


Requirements

  • 3-6 years of social media management experience
  • Strong social media strategy and platform management skills (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads)
  • Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere or CapCut
  • Strong content creation abilities with a keen eye for viral content
  • Analytics and reporting skills
  • Creativity, strong communication, time management, and adaptability


Nice to Have

  • Copywriting skills
  • Trend research and adaptation experience
  • Previous experience creating viral content
