Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Planning

  • Track ecommerce business metrics: revenue trends, category performance, conversion funnel, and growth levers
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly marketing planning, aligning campaigns with business goals and inventory priorities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats

Commercial Calendar & Promotions

  • Own the commercial marketing calendar: plan and coordinate all promotional campaigns including seasonal events, product launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, clearance, and more
  • Design promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, free shipping thresholds, gift-with-purchase) with a clear understanding of margin and business impact
  • Brief internal teams and external partners on campaign requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure all promotions are accurately reflected across website, email, paid media, and affiliates

Design Coordination

  • Work with the Design team to brief, review, and approve creative assets for paid media, display, social, and on-site banners
  • Translate commercial campaign needs into clear creative briefs with objectives, messaging, formats, and deadlines
  • Ensure brand consistency and campaign coherence across all visual touchpoints

Paid Media Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact with the external paid media agency (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Brief the agency on campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, and promotional mechanics; review campaign setups before launch
  • Monitor paid media performance and flag issues or opportunities
  • Coordinate asset delivery from Design to the agency, ensuring formats and specs are met

Affiliate Program Management

  • Manage the affiliate partner network: onboard new affiliates, manage commissions, and ensure program health
  • Provide affiliates with updated assets, promotional codes, and campaign briefs
  • Track affiliate-driven traffic, conversions, and revenue; report performance monthly
  • Identify opportunities to expand the affiliate program with content creators, sports clubs, and media

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign performance across all channels: paid media, affiliates, email, and on-site
  • Build and maintain a weekly commercial dashboard with key metrics: revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, and promo effectiveness
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and share learnings to continuously improve future executions

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing within ecommerce, retail, or digital agencies
  • Hands-on experience planning or coordinating commercial campaigns and promotional calendars
  • Experience coordinating with design teams and writing clear creative briefs
  • Commercial mindset - understands margin impact, not just creativity

  • Clear communicator able to align teams with different priorities toward a shared goal
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and managing up when needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
