A commercial financing broker connecting small and mid-sized US businesses with working capital solutions. As an independent advisor rather than a direct lender, the company offers seven financing products, from business loans to equipment financing, to entrepreneurs seeking capital from $5,000 to $5 million.

Role Summary

As a Senior Sales Closer, you will take warm, inbound leads from business owners already seeking financing, understand their needs, and guide them through to a closed deal.

Position Details

• Location: Remote, Latin America
• Type: Full-time
• Reports to: CEO
• Language: English (advanced/bilingual, required)
• Experience: 5+ years
• Working hours: Eastern Time (Miami, FL), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners who have already expressed interest in financing
• Conduct consultative calls to understand each client's capital needs and goals
• Clearly explain the company's products and services
• Recommend the most suitable financing option based on the client's profile
• Handle questions and objections throughout the sales process
• Follow up on every opportunity through to close
• Coordinate with the advisory and operations team for a smooth process
• Manage your own pipeline and keep the CRM updated with notes and progress

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the lending/financial industry, having worked directly with lenders, not just adjacent sales experience
• Proven track record of closing deals over the phone
• Advanced/bilingual English, spoken and written
• Experience working with warm, inbound leads
• Strong objection-handling skills and confidence in commercial conversations
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own pipeline
